Clean-up

Before I start any campaign, I begin the “clean-up” cycle of all social media platforms. From editing the bio to re-uploading a HD logo, every little detail matters. In this case, I created simplistic story banners to streamline their Instagram feed. It is important to start from a clean slate before launching a digital media campaign. In this example, I incorporated the non-profit’s logo as well as some of their educational graphics to create simplistic instagram story banners.

Take Advantage of Tools

With any campaign or company, utilize the tools social media gives us! In this case, going “live” was a free (and fairly easy) way of bridging the gap with donors who were located nationwide. Any outlet to give your followers a hands-on feel is almost always guaranteed to catalyze the effects of your digital marketing campaign. In this campaign example, we advertised going live for several days so people had time to plan to tune in and then, we had special guests/Q&A prepped for the live feed.
